Tuition Billing Structure
Monthly Plan
Tuition is billed by automatic credit card payment for 10 consecutive months.
Billing begins at the student’s first class and continues monthly thereafter.
Annual Upfront Plan
Annual tuition covers 12 months of enrollment, starting from the student’s first class date and ending on the same date in the following year.
Full payment is required before program commencement.
Rolling Enrollment Policy
ORC operates on a continuous enrollment model.
Students may start the program on any date throughout the year.
Tuition—whether monthly or annual—is calculated based on the individual student’s start date, not on the academic school calendar.
This means:
-
Enrollment may begin at any time
-
Tuition coverage always extends for the full program duration selected
-
Billing follows the student’s enrollment anniversary date
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Monthly Subscription Plan
Monthly subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Billing will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Previously paid tuition is non-refundable.
Annual Upfront Plan
Annual upfront tuition is non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Exceptions:
-
Long-term illness (medical note or healthcare provider documentation required)
-
Relocation outside a 35 km radius of either ORC location (proof of new address required)
In approved refund cases, all previously applied discounts will be deducted from the refunded amount, including:

Annual tuition may alternatively be transferred to a sibling or another student within the club, subject to availability.
Personal Leave
Students may take up to three personal or short-term sick leaves per year
(approximately one leave per 12 classes), without providing a reason.
Parents must register the leave in the student information page in advance.
Postponed classes:

Cannot be refunded
-
Cannot be transferred to another student
Long-Term Leave
Paid tuition may be postponed for long-term leave.
Requirements:
