ORC Robotics Club
The Creator
Where learning becomes invention
Age Group: 9 - 15

Introduction
The Creator program is the heart of ORC’s learning journey — where young builders evolve into thoughtful creators.
Designed for students aged 9 to 15, this multi-year pathway combines hands-on robotics, problem-solving, and creative design with teamwork and communication.
Through eight progressive levels, students master technical foundations while developing transversal skills such as independence, resilience, and leadership — abilities that extend far beyond robotics.
The program welcomes learners of different ages and backgrounds; everyone advances at their own rhythm through a flexible, personalized approach that adapts to each student’s strengths and pace.

Curriculum Structure
The Creator program recognizes that every learner’s journey is unique. Some students begin at age 9, others at 12 or 13 — yet all progress through the same framework of skills and values.Advancement depends not on age, but on mastery, curiosity, and readiness. ORC instructors tailor lessons, pacing, and goals to each class or student, ensuring continuous growth for everyone.
The program includes eight levels (with The Builder as Level 1), grouped into three learning phases:
Foundation (~1 year)
Build strong fundamentals in robotics, mechanics, teamwork, and structured thinking. Students learn stable construction, basic sensors, and coding logic. Older beginners often move through this phase faster.
LEVEL 1-3
Personalized Growth Framework & Teaching Approach
Learning beyond technology

At ORC, robotics is more than a technical subject — it’s a way to grow as thinkers, collaborators, and innovators.
Our instructors act as mentors, not directors, creating a learning environment where curiosity leads and discovery happens naturally.
Competition Pathway
Our students start with simple and fun challenges like ZONE01 Sumo, then progress to regular missions, advanced strategy games, and finally international WRO competitions. Each year builds new skills and experience, leading from beginner to national and international finals.

Year 1 – First Experience: Students begin with Sumo or equivalent challenges to spark their interest and discover the excitement of competition.

Year 2 – Autonomous Builder: They design fully autonomous robots to complete specific tasks in Zone01 or WRO Robomission events.

Year 3 – National Finalist: Students build at an expert level, qualify for national finals, and start winning medals.

Year 4 – Competitive Level: Teams become strong competitors capable of winning at national and even international levels.

Year 5–6 – Expert Stage: Students demonstrate maturity, advanced strategy, and professional-level skills in major competitions.
